THE COMPANY
The Dass Advisory Group, LLC is a cohesive, collaborative team of professionals dedicated to creating partnerships and relationships with government agencies, corporate enterprises, small- and mid-sized organizations (public and private) and individuals to provide total human resource management, contract and business concepts. Each consultant specializes in a particular discipline, including leadership development, finance, marketing, technology, management, operations, contract administration and human resources. DAG offers a list of services for business owners to choose from, depending on their business needs. This includes business and marketing plan preparation, financial search and procurement, management development – including coaching, mentoring and skills development, human resources consulting, etc.
COMPANY HISTORY
Dass Advisory Group, LLC was officially registered on August 10, 2010, in the County of Stafford, Virginia and has operated successfully since. The evolution of Dass Advisory Group was formed by President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mrs. Sintrel P. Dass, while serving in a public servant capacity with the Federal government. Her former assignments include serving as Unit Chief, Supervisory Human Resource Specialist, Program Manager, Contract Administrator, etc., for the Federal government to include the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, which led her to mirror her services and responsibilities into the public and private business sectors prior to her retirement in March 2014.
MISSION
DAG’s mission is to provide proactive and prudent advice combined with recommendations targeted toward helping organizations and individuals better understand how to navigate through human resources, business and contacting concepts. This is accomplished using customized solutions for each client that will provide the following:
- solutions to get the most value for the money;
- help in understanding what already exists in the organization and identify what is available;
- and to provide experienced, personal contact.
